Day One!

What a great first day we had!  I enjoyed meeting all of my new students and can already tell that we are going to have a wonderful year full of lots of learning and fun!  Here are a few things that we did on our first day of third grade:

• Practiced friendly greetings at morning meeting
• Worked collaboratively to create our class rules
• Completed a Find a Friend scavenger hunt to get to know our classmates
• Practiced the fire drill procedure
• Made masterpieces in art

Get lots of rest tonight! I can't wait to see what day two has in store!
