SCA Service Learning Project! Interpretive Walk / Field Day

Wow! What a great job everyone did getting ready for the SCA Interpretive Walk!  Each class contributed something different from creating bird and bat houses, to singing the soil song, or creating posters / speeches about an animal, tree, or type of bird!  It was great to see the whole third grade come together for such a fun and educational event! Prepping for the SCA Service Learning Project!

In preparation for our SCA Service Learning Project, Interpretive Walk / Field Day, our class helped to clean up the trail to the pond!  See below for some pictures of our class hard at work!

SCA event!

Tomorrow is our final SCA event! We will be having an interpretive walk followed by some fun field day activities! Please be sure to bring boots to school incase it is muddy.  Also, wear sneakers, comfortable clothes that can get muddy, and bring layers incase of changing weather.

Expo Night

Please join us on Wednesday, April 7th for expo night! Students and their families are encouraged to attend anytime between 5:30 to 7:00.  Come check out all of the work our class is proud of! Also, the book fair will be in the Media Center during this time.

Cawley Musical

On Thursday, April 8th our whole school will be going to Cawley Middle School to see the 8th grade musical production Flat Stanley! We will be returning to school by 11:30 and hot lunch will still be available.

We're going on a field trip!

On Wednesday, April 7th we are going on a  field trip! We will be going to Pinkerton Academy to see a play!  Please be sure to bring a bagged lunch as we will be eating in our classroom once we return to school. Also, permission slips along with the $2.00 is due by Monday, April 5th.
